परंतु जर का आपण वयाने मोठे असाल, आपण आपलं लैंगिक जीवन योग्य प्रकारे व्यतीत करत असाल आणि अशा प्रकारची फँन्टसी मनात बाळगत असाल तर मात्र आपल्या मानसिक स्वास्थ्याबद्दल शंका उपस्थित होऊ शकते. मानवी लैंगिकता हा अतिशय क्लिष्ट विषय आहे. थोड्या फार प्रमाणात सेक्शुअल फँन्टसीज मध्ये रमायला आवडणं हा लैंगिकतेचा एक भाग आहे आणि ते नैसर्गिक आहे. आपणही अशाच फँन्टसीमध्ये जगत आहात असं वाटतंय. परंतु वास्तविकतेमध्ये अशा फँन्टसीमध्ये अति प्रमाणात जगत राहणे हे भविष्यात आपल्या मानसिक स्वास्थ्यावर आणि नात्यांवर वाईट परिणाम करू शकतं.
आशा आहे की या फँन्टसीमुळे तुमचे काही नुकसान होत नसावे. म्हणजे यामुळे जर तुम्ही कामाला, अभ्यासाला, तुमच्या जवळच्या व्यक्तींना वेळ देऊ शकत नसाल, तुम्हाला स्वतःला ह्याचे दुःख वाटत असेल, सवय लागली आहे असे वाटत असेल तर हीच वेळ आहे सावरण्याची. इथे प्रश्न विचारून तुम्ही एक पाऊल टाकलेच आहे याबद्दल तुझे अभिनंदन. यातून तुम्हाला बाहेर पडायचे असेल तर बाहेर पडण्याचा प्रयत्न करा. अवघड वाटत असेल, प्रयत्न करूनही जमत नसेल तर कोणाची तरी मदत घ्या. हवं असेल तर जवळच्या सायकोलॉजीस्टशी / समुपदेशकाशी संपर्क करा. त्यात काही लाजायचे कारण नाही. मदत हवी असेल तर ती नक्की मागा. तुम्हाला शुभेच्छा…
