सर्वात आधी हे लक्षात घे की प्रत्येक मुलीचं किंवा पाळीचं चक्र वेगवेगळं असतं. काही जणींची पाळी तीन आठवड्यात येते तर काहींची दीड महिन्यांनी. त्यामुळे २२-३५ दिवस अशी पाळी चक्राची लांबी स्वाभाविक किंवा नॉर्मल मानली जाते. त्यामुळे अगदी महिन्याच्या महिन्याला पाळी यायलाच पाहिजे असं काही नाही. हे आधी समजून घे.
पुढे काही प्रश्न दिले आहेत. त्याची उत्तरं शोधण्याचा प्रयत्न कर.
- तुझी पाळी वेळेवर येत नाही म्हणजे नक्की किती दिवसांनी येते?
- पाळी कधी लवकर, कधी उशीरा अशी येते का?
- पाळीमध्ये अंगावरून किती दिवस जातं, तेव्हा काही त्रास होतो का? (वेदना, पोटात दुखणे, इ.)
- पाळी येण्याच्या दोन आठवडे अगोदर योनीमार्गामध्ये ओलसरपणा जाणवतो का?
पाळी चक्रामध्ये अंडोत्सर्जन ही महत्त्वाची घटना आहे. पाळी ही त्या मानाने दुय्यम घटना आहे. अंडोत्सर्जन म्हणजे बीजकोषातून स्त्री बीज बाहेर येणे. दर पाळी चक्रामध्ये ठराविक कालावधीमध्ये स्त्री बीज बीज कोषातून बाहेर येतं. त्याचं पुरुष बीजाशी मिलन झालं तर गर्भधारणा होते. मात्र तसं काही झालं नाही तर साधारणपणे अंजोत्सर्जनानंतर १२-१६ दिवसांनी पाळी येते. त्यामुळे अंडोत्सर्जन जर नियमितपणे होत असेल तर पाळीही नियमितपणे येते.
काही वेळा आजारी असल्यामुळे औषधं चालू असतात त्याचा परिणाम पाळी चक्रावर होतो. अंडोत्सर्जन लांबतं आणि त्यामुळे पाळीदेखील उशीरा येते. काही वेळा अंडोत्सर्जंन होण्यामध्ये काही समस्या अाल्यास पाळी नियमित येत नाही.
कसलं टेन्शन असेल, मानसिक ताण असेल तरी पाळी लांबू शकते. खूप प्रवास, दगदग यांचाही पाळी चक्रावर परिणाम होत असतो.
त्यामुळे आधी स्वतःच्या पाळी चक्राचा अभ्यास कर आणि पाळी नक्की किती दिवसांनी येते, पाळीच्या आधी दोन आठवडे योनीमध्ये ओलसरपणा जाणवतो का, इतर काय बदल होतात त्याची नोंद ठेव आणि साधारण तीन महिने अशी नोंद ठेवल्यानंतर तुझ्या पाळी चक्राचा काय पॅटर्न काय आहे ते पहा.
